Birstall Tetleys

There have been Tetleys in the Birstall area since the 16th century.

Birstall is a small Yorkshire village, close to the M1 and M62 motorways.

This is Birstall church, where many of the Tetleys would have been baptised, married and buried!

Unfortunately, very few headstones remain in the main cemetery. The newer part of the cemetery across the road, is very overgrown.
